Light or dark theme

When you choose a theme, the browser stores it in local storage, under the key bmf-theme, as light or dark. If you have not chosen, the site follows the operating-system colour preference. It stays on your device: we do not send the theme in the form or to an advertiser.

To remove it, clear this site’s data in the browser settings. On the next visit the theme follows the system again until you choose.

Contact-form submit

When you open the form, the PHP server may set a session cookie (usually PHPSESSID) for the confirmation sum and, on submit, to limit repeated posts in under a minute. We do not profile browsing with it. It typically expires when the browser session ends, depending on the server.

What we do not use on this site

• advertising or remarketing cookies;
• embedded social-network pixels on the page;
• Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or equivalent tags;
• fonts or video loaded from advertising CDNs — Inter, Questrial and the hero video are files on this site.

Server logs

Hosting may record technical access (date, IP address, page, browser) for operation and security. That is typical of any site on a web server and is not a BMF marketing dashboard on this institutional site.

When you leave

Instagram and the MiO, MiO4u, eMiO and EAD MiO platforms may use their own cookies. Their policies apply after you click through.
